Fall in Central New York is something truly magical—crisp mornings, colorful foliage, and plenty of local traditions that bring friends and families together. One of the season’s most beloved celebrations is happening right in Cazenovia: the Fall Harvest Celebration at Critz Farms. Since Critz is also the wonderful local farm that handcrafts the evergreen wreaths we gift each holiday season, we wanted to give them a special shoutout as they kick off this year’s autumn festivities.

A Celebration of Fall in CNY

From September 13 through October 26, 2025, every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and on Columbus Day, Critz Farms transforms into the ultimate fall destination. Families can hop on wagon rides to the apple orchard or pumpkin patch, get lost in the giant corn maze, sip hot cider, and enjoy fresh-baked cider donuts. Kids will love visiting the Critz Critter Animal Area, while parents can relax with live music and seasonal treats. It’s a little slice of fall magic for all ages.
