At BELL Home Team, community support is at the heart of everything we do. This year, we are thrilled to share the success of our diaper drive for the CNY Diaper Bank, an incredible organization dedicated to providing diapers to families in need throughout Central New York.

Thanks to the generosity of our community and the dedication of our team, we were able to donate 1,700 diapers along with a $1,000 monetary contribution to this impactful cause. This donation will serve close to 200 babies, helping local families manage one of the most essential—and often overlooked—needs.

Why Diapers Matter

Diapers are not covered by government programs like WIC or SNAP, leaving many families struggling to afford this necessity. The CNY Diaper Bank works tirelessly to fill this gap by partnering with local food pantries, shelters, childcare centers, and social service agencies. Their extensive network ensures that free diapers reach the families who need them most.

A Team Effort

Last week, we had the pleasure of meeting with Melissa Grabowski, the program coordinator, and presenting our donation in person. It was inspiring to hear about the organization’s ongoing efforts and their invitation for future volunteer opportunities. We’re looking forward to deepening our partnership with this wonderful organization—whether through hands-on volunteering or exploring sponsorship opportunities.
